Leather Hunting/Shooting Bag(SOLD)

This is a one of a kind, completely handmade, leather 18th-19th century style mountain man possibles, shooting, or hunting bag. The bag is made from one piece of 4-5 oz vegetable tanned leather. The straps are made from 4-5oz vegetable tanned leather as well. The bag measures 10 3/4 inches from top to bottom and 8 1/2 inches wide. The buckle strap measures 12 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, and features a handmade steel buckle. The long strap measures 57 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, and features 6 holes for adjustment. The bag features include, a large inside pocket, a handmade steel button, has been hand sewn, and the flap has been lined with leather. I have given the bag a dark brown stain and a period correct hand rubbed oil/wax stain.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand. No machines used at all.
