Leather Possibles Bag(SOLD)

This is another very unique, completely handmade and handsewn, leather possibles/shooting bag. This is the kind of bag that would have seen use in the 18th and 19th centuries. The bag is made from 3-4oz veg tanned leather. The straps are made from 5-6oz veg tanned leather. The bag measures 9 3/4 inches wide at the bottom and 10 inches from top to bottom. The buckle strap measures 10 inches long, 1 3/8 inches wide, and features a handmade aged steel buckle. The long strap measures 50 inches long, 1 3/8 inches wide as well, and features 6 holes for adjustment. The bag features include, a full welt, a large inside pocket, an aged look, a dark brown stain, and a period correct oil/beeswax finish.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines used at all.
