Small Accoutrement Pouches(SOLD)

These are one of a kind, completely handmade and handsewn, accoutrement bags/pouches. The small pouch measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches from top to bottom. This pouch is made from black walnut hull dyed heavy cotton canvas, 3-4oz veg tanned leather, vintage flour sack, and an aged bone button. The large pouch measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 6 3/4 inches from top to bottom. This pouch is made from black walnut hull dyed heavy cotton canvas, vintage ticking, 3-4oz veg tanned leather, and a horn button. Both have been given an aged look. 
These materials would have been available and used much in the same way in the 18th and 19 centuries.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines used at all.
