Handmade Leather Cartridge/Belt Pouch

This is a fantastic, completely handmade and handsewn, leather cartridge/belt pouch. This belt pouch is an example of a late 19th or early 20th Century leather belt/cartridge pouch. This pouch is made from 5-6oz veg tanned cowhide. I used period correct waxed linen thread to sew with. The pouch measures 5 1/2 inches from top to bottom, 4 3/4 inches wide, and 1 5/8 inches thick at the side. The belt loop will take up to a 3 inch wide belt. The pouch closes with a strap and brass button stud. I gave this pouch a light brown antiqued color. I used an oil/beeswax conditioner that I make myself as a finish.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines or assembly line methods used at all just to save time.
