Custom Knife Sheaths And More

I also offer custom made knife sheaths. These sheaths are completely handmade, hand sewn, and made one at a time. I do not use mass production or assembly line methods like most, just to save time. Each sheath will be made out of 8-10oz vegetable tanned leather, will be hand sewn with waxed linen thread, will feature a full welt, and have a hand burnished edge.

This item requires the customer to send their knife to me for proper fitting. Please note, shipping is not included in the price of the sheath. For sheath projects knives should be sent by USPS Priority Mail/Insured and will be returned with the new sheath the same way. Customer pays shipping and insurance both ways. I will contact you a few days before completion of the project for payment, shipping, and insurance.

1. Basic Pouch Sheath

Price starts at $75 for a 5 inch blade or smaller and $90 for a larger knife. Options include: 1. fold over or high ride loop 2. sewn 3. copper or steel pins 4. copper or steel rivets 5. or a combination of the three

Price will increase with the number of rivets requested.

2. Basic Two Piece or Blade Style Sheath

Price starts at $110 for a 5 inch blade or smaller and $125 for a larger knife. Add $20 for a retention strap and brass button stud. The inside will be lined so that the stud does not come into contact with the knife blade. Options include: 1. sewn 2. copper or steel pins 3. copper or steel rivets 4. or a combination of the three

Price will increase with the number of rivets requested.

3. Stamped or Tooled Pouch Sheath

Price starts at $105 for a 5 inch blade or smaller and $120 for a larger knife. Options include: 1. basket stamp modern version 2. basket stamp, older version with a handmade stamp 3. tooling lines or checkering

4. Stamped or Tooled Two Piece Sheath

Price starts at $140 for a 5 inch blade or smaller and $155 for a larger knife. Add $20 for a retention strap, brass button stud, and lining. Options include: 1. basket stamp, modern version 2. basket stamp, older version with a handmade stamp 3. tooling lines or checkering 4. metal throat
