Handmade Leather Hunting/Shooting Pouch #150

This is another incredibly unique, completely handmade and handsewn with waxed pure linen thread, leather hunting/shooting bag. This bag is made from 3-4oz veg tanned cowhide. The straps are made from 4-5oz veg tanned cowhide as well. The bag measures 9 1/2 inches wide at the middle and 9 inches from top to bottom when closed. The buckle strap measures 12 1/2 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features an aged solid brass buckle. The two piece long strap measures 55  inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features 9 holes for adjustment. The bag features include, bound edges, an aged brass flat button, a 2 1/2 inch wide gusset at the bottom, an inside pocket, and an aged look. The brown/mahogany color was achieved using a combination of several colors of leather stain. Every color was  layered onto one another to achieve the look of age. I used a period correct oil and beeswax finish. 
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines or assembly line methods used at all just to save time.
